Portals Upgrades

We're excited to announce significant enhancements to Portals, designed to make your workflow smoother and more efficient!

What's New?

We've focused on giving you more flexibility and control. Here's a breakdown of the key improvements:

1. Easier Portal Creation

Creating a new Portal is now more intuitive than ever! We've updated the creation screen with a new vertical menu. This eliminates the need to follow a rigid wizard-stepper process, allowing you to jump directly to the sections you need to update. Want to quickly set a title and reorder images? You can do that without having to go through every step, saving you valuable time.

2. Improved Portal Editing

You can now edit every aspect of an existing Portal directly from the Portals Management page. Simply click "edit" on any Portal to modify settings like download options, expiry dates, and more. This gives you much greater flexibility to adjust your Portals on the fly, ensuring they always meet your needs.

3. Reactivate Expired Portals

No more starting from scratch! You can now easily reactivate expired Portals from the Portals Management page. Just filter by "expired" Portals, select the one you want to bring back to life, and choose from quick reactivation options like extending by one week, one month, the maximum expiry, or a custom date.


These updates are designed to make your experience with Portals significantly easier to use and much more flexible. We believe these changes will streamline your workflows and help you get even more out of your OpenAsset system.
