Sync Text Assets to your Website!

Clients with our Website Connector for WordPress are now able to sync Text Assets from their Text Library directly to their website.

Details:

• Text Assets sync: Toggle on in General Settings alongside Projects/Employees.
• Field requirement: Clients will need to create a custom field for Text Assets in OpenAsset named “Show on website” and set it to Yes for any item they want to publish - just like how it works for files, employees, and projects.
• Field mapping: In Data Options, choose exactly which Text Asset fields to sync.

This updates is designed to further streamline the process of maintaining your website.
